Cargille Laboratories Brix Liquids 

Cargille Laboratories brix liquids are extremely stable liquids that cover the entire Brix range from 0 - 85% sucrose solution @ 20ºC. These liquids are ideal for calibrating Brix refractometers as their extreme stability means they can be used as a calibration liquid for years. It is advised to select a liquid that is close to the Brix value of the sample or select a liquid higher and lower to surround the Brix working area. Brix values are calculated using ICUMSA (2000).
