This nanopositioning ultra high vacuum stage delivers over 100µm of range at 80K and 10-9 Torr. The stage is designed to operate in closed-loop mode using capacitive positioning sensors. The fast update rate and control algorithms allow for high speed positioning accuracy for dynamic applications that require stage high speed movement. The stage system includes the NPC-D-5200 single channel closed loop controller.
Applications for the NPS-Z-500B-UHV Nanopositioning stage include using it in crystal bending (beamline), using it with monochromators, and using it with synchrotrons.
The Nanopostion Stage NPS-Z-500B-UHV is made to order and the exact specifications of your stage will be provided when you receive it. Typical specifications are as follows:
