Prior Scientific High Performance Tip Tilt Stage with Controller
The Nanopositioning Tip Tilt Stage NPS-TG-7A is designed to be used in applications requiring high speed, ultra-high precision positioning of mirrors in optical inspection, imaging systems, and laser pointing devices. A suitable mirror is fixed onto the Tip Tilt platform of the stage to provide greater than 7 milliradians of travel with sub micro-radian resolution. The system includes the NanoScan NPC-D-6330 Controller.
Applications for the NPS-TG-7A Fast Tip Tilt Mirror Steering stage include laser scanning, laser beam stabilization, scanning microscopy, and image processing and stabilization.
The Nanopostion Stage NPS-TG-7A is made to order and the exact specifications of your stage will be provided when you receive it. Typical specifications are as follows:

The NPC-D-6330 Controller is a 3-axis, 20 bit controller and has the following specifications:
- Interfacing: Analog command input and position output for compatibility with existing systems. Digital commands over USB for maximum accuracy with a DLL interface for customer software.
- Cooling: Convection cooled with temperature controlled fans
- Compatibility: Queensgate Nanobench, Micro-Manager, Metamorph, Elements via RS232C and other software using DLL interface.
- Controller Box Dimensions: 318mm x 240mm x 90mm
