Mitutoyo Sensorpak Software

This software facilitates loading measurement onto a PC from a linear gage counter with RS-232-C output (EH, EV) with USB output (EH), or from a Litematic display (VL). Up to 60 channels of measurement data can be processed. This software is compatible with any gage that can be connected to an EF or EV counter. This software package also includes an I/O cable.

This software has the following specifications:

• Display function:
  • Display type: Counter, bar graph, meter, chart (capable of simultaneous display)
  • Tolerance judgement result: Color display (green/ red)
  • Connectable gages: Maximum 60 gages
    
• Calculation functions:
  • Can calculate the following: sum, difference, total, average, maximum, minimum, range (maximum - minimum), and calculations involving a constant.
  • Can perform a maximum of 30 calculation functions (between 2 gages).
• Total tolerance judgement:
  • Go/ no go judgement can be performed by specifying gages to be used for total tolerance judgement.
  • Go/ no go signal output can be achieved using an I/O cable (available separately for purchase).
    
• Input function:
  • Trigger function can be use via a key, timer, or external TRG (with optional I/O cable).
  • Data input frequency: Maximum 9999 times (with 60 gages connected) to 60,000 times (with 6 gages connected).
    
• Output function: Can provide outputs to an Excel spreadsheet with CSV file format.
  
• Connectable items: Mitutoyo counters that are compatible with RS link
  
• System requirements: Compatible with Windows operating system with 2GB or more of memory.
