Mitutoyo Cartridge Head Probe for Mu Checker with Low Measuring Force with 3/8" stem

The cartridge head probe plugs into a Mu checker indicator and is used to measure even soft workpieces, such as the warp of a LCD panel, due to the low measuring force used by the probe. NOTE: This is only the probe. The indicator is available for purchase separately.

The probe has the following specifications:

• Measuring range: ± 0.5mm
  
• Stylus stroke: ± 0.65mm
• Measuring force: ~0.25N
  
• Stem Diameter (inches): Ø 3/8
  
• Linearity: ±0.5%
  
• Size: ~3" W x 3/8" D x 3/8" H (probe only, not including cable). Cable is 2m long and has a MAS-5100 (DIN5P) attachment at one end that connects to the Mu checker indicator.
  
• Interchangeable probe tip: Thread size of tip is 4-48 UNF, and the tip may be exchanged for another compatible type.
