Mitutoyo Lever Head Probe for Mu Checker 0.15N Force
The lever head probe plugs into a Mu checker indicator and is used to measure even soft workpieces, such as the warp of a LCD panel, due to the low measuring force used by the probe. NOTE: This is only the probe. The indicator is available for purchase separately.

The probe has the following specifications:
- Measuring range: ± 0.5mm
- Stylus stroke: ± 0.65mm
- Measuring force: ~0.15N. There is no need for change in measuring direction because the probe has no clutch.
- Bearing Unit Structure: Pivot bearing type. NOTE: If the stylus makes an angle with a workpiece surface, a calibration should be performed for accurate measurement or use the correction factor table below.
- Linearity: ±0.5%
- Size: ~16mm W x 95mm D x 24mm H (probe only, not including cable). Cable is 2m long and has a MAS-5100 (DIN5P) attachment at one end that connects to the Mu checker indicator.
- Includes: Stylus with Ø2mm diameter ball-ended tip.
