The Motic BA410E histology and pathology biological microscopes have been designed and set up to meet specifications for precise and advanced tissue sample observation.

Total Magnification: 20x, 40x, 100x, 200x and 400x.
Specimen Stage: Flat-top stage, 175mm x 145mm mechanical stage with movement of 76mm (X) by 50mm (Y) with vernier readings to 0.1mm. Detachable specimen guide, low-positioned drop-down coaxial controls available for left or right hand, with torque adjustment.
Illumination: Koehler illuminator, field iris, 12v, 50w quartz halogen, centerable lamp, diffuser. 110~240V UL universal power supply.
Light Focusing: Abbe condenser, NA 0.9 with swing-out top lens, iris diaphragm and filter tray for brightfield work, with blue filter.
Focusing: Coaxial coarse and fine focus adjustment with graduations of 1µm. Ergonomic design provides optimal comfort for user when focusing.
Sample analysis: Simple add on polarizer, analyzer slider with rotating mount (360º rotatable), and lambda/ first order red compensator.
Includes: 45 mm blue filter, immersion oil (5 mL), power cord, allen hexagonal key, and vinyl dust cover.
