FZ6 Weld Inspection Stereo Microscope with PAXcam

The Fein Optic weld inspection stereo zoom microscope provides zoom magnification of 6.7x - 45x and is on a track stand with polarizing LED ring light to reduce glare on metallic parts. Magnification range can be adjusted by using different eyepieces or auxiliary lenses. This microscope includes a 3.2 megapixel digital camera and PAX-it! software. • Head: 45º inclined trinocular body. Viewing head rotates 360°. Interpupillary distance adjustment from 54mm - 76mm. When beam splitter is engaged on trinocular model light is split between left eyetube and trinocular port, while right eyetube goes dark. Includes c-mount adapter.
• Eyepieces: Includes widefield 10x / 22mm high eyepoint eyepieces. Interpupillary adjustment from 54mm to 76mm. Dual diopters +/-5 on each eyetube. Eyepieces accept 24mm diameter reticle.

• Camera: Includes PAXcamX3, a 3.2 megapixel (2064 x 1544) camera with a color CMOS sensor.
• Software: PAX-it! software interfaces with the camera to view objects on the monitor, capture images, measure the images, and generate reports and presentations. The measurement software offers intuitive and repeatable processes to make weld analysis easier. It is simple to measure multiple welds in a session with customizable scripts to capture and image and run all necessary measurements. Quickly measure welding cross-sections for fillet areas, throat, leg lengths, and penetration. Percent penetration is calculated automatically and compared to your specs for "PASS / FAIL" determination that displays on-screen. These quick, easy, accurate, and repeatable results can be sent to a report with one click of a mouse. Able to auto-calculate percent penetration.
