These Mitutoyo precision lead screws are available in AS or BS types. AS type features a flat spindle tip without a nut and the BS type features a spherical spindle tip with a nut. Precision lead screws are an economical and simple instrument for precise positioning mechanisms, fine feed mechanisms, and conventional micrometer heads.
