The X-Cite XLED1 Fluorescence illuminator is equipped with high powered LED Lights that can be individually controlled to optimize fluorphore excitation. There are two system configurations to meet the needs of your application. See table below for details and select system from above. An optional LED Touch Screen Control can be purchased. These systems do not include the LED Touch Screen Control.

  • Liquid Light Guide: Includes 3mm x 1500mm liquid light guide. No heat or vibration from the X-Cite is transferred to the microscope.
  • Triggering: Internal/External User-defined per channel; Global trigger input; User-defined free-running or single shot pulse modes; Internal triggering generated from internal pulse generator 10µs (min), up to 18 hours (max).
  • Channel Switching Speeds: USB < 1ms; Internal/External TTL Triggering down to10μs
  • Power Supply: Universal Input 100-240VAC, 50-60Hz. Fused at 6.3 A
  • Size/Weight: L x W x H = 8.5" x 8" x 15" (22cm x 20cm x 39cm), 16lbs. (7.3 kg)
  • Warranty: LEDs 20,000 hours or 3 years. All other components 1 year.
