RB40 Phase Contrast Lab Microscope

The Fein Optic RB40PH phase contrast biological microscopes are designed for routine laboratory work.

• Objective Lenses: Quintuple objective turret holds the included DIN Infinity Corrected Optical System (ICOS) Objectives:
  • Plan Phase Contrast 10x Objective, NA 0.25, WD 12.1mm
  • Plan Phase Contrast 20x Objective, NA 0.40, WD 1.5mm
  • Plan Phase Contrast 40x Objective, NA 0.65, WD 0.36mm
  • Plan Phase Contrast 100x Objective, NA 1.25, WD 0.18mm, Oil Immersion
• Viewing Head: Binocular head or trinocular head available with beam splitter 100:0, 0:100 with 30º fixed incline.
• Eyepieces: FPL-WF 10x Widefield, high eyepoint eyepieces, FN22, one eyepiece contains reticle retaining ring for 26mm diameter reticle.
• Total Magnification: 100x, 200x, 400x and 1000x.
• Specimen Stage: Double-layer mechanical stage, 175mm x 145mm with right-hand ergonomic controls. Specimen holder allows for either one or two slides. X-Y Axis travel of 76mm x 50mm.
• Illumination: High intensity 5W LED transmitted Koehler light system gives a bright and uniform field for each magnification. Voltage 100~240V.
• Light Focusing: Telecentric Koehler illumination system provides NA 1.2/0.22 swing-out condenser for use with 2x-100x objectives.
• Condenser: Phase turret condenser with slots for PH1, PH2, PH3, PH4 and BF. Includes centering telescope and green interference filter.
• Focusing: Coaxial coarse and fine focus adjustment with graduations of 2mm. Ergonomic design provides optimal comfort for user when focusing.
