The Fein Optic RB40-PATH histology and pathology biological microscopes were designed for precise and advanced tissue sample observation in mind.

  • Objective Lenses: Quintuple objective turret holds the included DIN Infinity Corrected Optical System (ICOS) Objectives:
    • Plan Achromat 2x, NA 0.06, WD 5mm
    • Plan Semi-Apochromat Fluor 4x, NA 0.13, wD 18.5mm
    • Plan Semi-Apochromat Fluor 10x, NA 0.30, WD 10.6mm
    • Plan Semi-Apochromat Fluor 20x, NA 0.50, WD 2.33mm
    • Plan Semi-Apochromat Fluor 40x, NA 0.75, WD 0.6mm
  • Viewing Head: Select when ordering from your choice of trinocular head, inclined 30° with beam splitter positions of 100:0, 0:100, or ergonomic trinocular head with erect image and adjusting from 5-35º with beam splitter positions of 100:0, and 0:100, FN25.
  • Eyepieces: FPL-WF 10x Widefield, high eyepoint eyepieces, FN22, one eyepiece contains reticle retaining ring for 26mm diameter reticle.
  • Total Magnification: 20x, 40x, 100x, 200x and 400x.
  • Specimen Stage: Double-layer mechanical stage, 175mm x 145mm with right-hand ergonomic controls. Specimen holder allows for either one or two slides. X-Y Axis travel of 76mm x 50mm.
  • Illumination: High intensity 5W LED transmitted Koehler light system gives a bright and uniform field for each magnification. Voltage 100~240V.
  • Light Focusing: Telecentric Koehler illumination system provides NA 1.2/0.22 swing-out condenser for use with 2x-100x objectives. 
  • Focusing: Coaxial coarse and fine focus adjustment with graduations of 2um. Ergonomic design provides optimal comfort for user when focusing.
