RB30-UV/DAPI Fluorescence Microscope

The Fein Optic RB30-UV/DAPI fluorescence biological microscopes are designed for looking for markers in cell nuclei.

• Objective Lenses: Reversed quintuple nosepiece with slot for analyzer holds the following included DIN Infinity Corrected Optical System (ICOS) Objectives:

  • Plan Achromat 10x Objective, NA 0.25, WD 12.1mm
  • Plan Semi Apochromat Fluor 40x Objective, NA 0.75, WD 0.6mm
  • Plan Semi Apochromat Fluor 100x Objective, NA 1.28, WD 0.21mm, Oil Immersion
• Viewing Head: Binocular gemel head, with 30° eyetubes. Interpupillary adjustment from 50-75mm.
• Eyepieces: PL-WF 10x Widefield, plan eyepieces, FN20. Dual diopter ±5mm. Accepts 26mm diameter reticle.
• Total Magnification: 40x, 100x, 400x and 1000x
• Specimen Stage: 150 x 140mm mechanical stage with 76mm x 50mm movement range. Precision 0.1mm.
• Illumination: High intensity 3W LED transmitted Koehler light system provides a bright and uniform field for each magnification. Voltage 100~240V.
• Fluorescence: Epi-fluorescence attachment with LED illuminator and UV / DAPI filter set.
• Light Focusing: NA 1.25 Koehler illuminator condenser with slot for darkfield slider (darkfield slider sold separate).
• Focusing: Coaxial coarse and fine focusing. Coarse focusing is 30mm with tightness adjustment and rack stop. Fine adjustment of 0.002mm.
