This digital probe station provides 14x - 99x magnification if using a 22" monitor. Magnification varies based on monitor size. The system provides 3.5µm of resolution and a 12 megapixel digital camera with software for capturing images.

• Probe Station: 150mm Manual Probe Station 22" W x 24" D, 150 lbs. Stable fixed platen supports magnetic based positioners, and supports DC/CV and RF applications. Nickel plated chuck provides better conductance and is 6" wide, with 90º quick pivot feature. Sample is stabilized by vacuum. Optional Vac-Puc is available. Probe station accessories are available including manipulators, probe holders, and probe tips.
• Digital Camera: Includes 12 megapixel back-illuminated Exmor sensor USB3 high sensitivity, low noise camera. Capture images up to 4000 x 3000.  System includes c-mount connection.
