This closed loop piezo stage is designed for bending a silica crystal in a beamline monochromator range >80µm at 80K. The stage system does not includes the NPC-D-5200 single channel closed loop controller.

Applications for the NPS-Z-500B-UHV Nanopositioning stage include using it in crystal bending (beamline), using it with monochromators, and using it with synchrotrons.

The Nanopostion Stage NPS-Z-500B-UHV is made to order and the exact specifications of your stage will be provided when you receive it. Typical specifications are as follows:

  • Closed Loop Range at Room Temperature: 550 µm
  • Small Signal Settle Time: 15 ms
