This nanopositioning piezo objective scanner for upright microscopes includes a controller, microscope thread adapter, and an objective lens adapter. Parfocal objective spacers are available below. Applications for this objective scanner include optical sectioning producing 3D images, autofocus systems for time lapse imaging, high content screening, surface analysis, wafer inspection, scanning interferometry, and multiphoton microscopy.

NanoScan OP800 Positioner Specifications:
