Description  

The Motic Panthera TEC MAT metallurgical brightfield/ darkfield microscope is part of the Motic Panthera TEC series that offers 3W LED color temperature interchangeability with Motic LightTracer digital illumination control and features brightfield/ darkfield objectives.

  • Objective Lenses: DIN Color Corrected Infinity Optical System (CCIS) LD Plan Achromat brightfield/ darkfield (BD) metallurgical objectives 5x, 10x, 20x and 50x mounted in smooth-operating, ball bearing mounted, reversed quintuple nosepiece.
    • Plan Achromat BD 5X/0.13, WD 17.3mm
    • Plan Achromat BD 10X/0.25, WD 16.3mm
    • Plan Achromat BD 20X/0.40 WD 7.3mm
    • S-APO BD 50X/0.80, WD 1mm
  • Viewing Head: 25º inclined, 360º rotatable Siedentopf-type trinocular head with 50/50 beam splitter. 
  • Eyepieces: UC-WF10x / 22 Widefield eyepieces with dual diopters +/- 4 dpt. Interpupillary distance is adjustable from 48-75mm. Accepts 25mm diameter eyepiece reticle.
  • Total Magnification: 50x, 100x, 200x and 500x.
  • Specimen Stage: Your choice of 3" x 2" mechanical stage or 6" x 4" mechanical stage both with glass plate. The 3"x 2" stage has a  X-Y travel range of 75mm x 50mm and a stage area of 240mm x 140mm. The 6"x 4" stage has a X-Y travel range of 150mm x 100mm and a stage area of 300mm x 180mm. Upper limit stop is present and adjustable. 
  • Illumination: 3W LED epi-illumination with slots for analyzer and polarizer that are sold separately and available below. LED modules are available in 3500ºK low color and 5500ºK high color temperatures. Package includes 5500ºK LED module. 110-240V (CE).
  • Motic LightTracer: Digital illumination control. Digital intensity knob with coded LED nosepiece controls the illuminator to offer information on the current light intensity of each objective. Once calibrated, the user does not need to adjust the illumination intensity when changing magnification.
  • Focusing: Coaxial movement, 25mm stroke, fine focus with 2µm minimum increments. Tension adjustment for coarse focus, stage lock.
  • Size: 282mm D x 210mm W x 450mm H. 22 lbs
