Mitutoyo Lever Head Probe for Mu Checker with Adjustable Measuring Force

The lever head probe plugs into a Mu checker indicator and is used to measure even soft workpieces, such as the warp of a LCD panel, due to the low measuring force used by the probe. NOTE: This is only the probe. The indicator is available for purchase separately.

The probe has the following specifications:

• Measuring range: ± 0.5mm
• Stylus stroke: ± 0.6mm
• Measuring force: ~0.15N. The measuring force is adjustable with a dial on the upper part of the probe.
• Bearing Unit Structure: Parallel leaf spring type. There is no need for displayed value correction if the stylus makes an angle with the surface.
• Linearity: ±0.3%
• Size: ~14mm W x 79mm D x 26mm H (probe only, not including cable). Cable is 2m long and has a MAS-5100 (DIN5P) attachment at one end that connects to the Mu checker indicator.
• Includes: Stylus with Ø2mm diameter ball-ended tip.
