These extra small hole surface roughness detectors offer low and standard measuring forces. These detectors are intended for use with all drive unit types of the Mitutoyo SJ-210 and SJ-310 series of surface roughness testers.

  • Measuring Force  0.75 mN or 4 mN. Select when ordering.
  • Stylus tip radius  2µmR (0.75 mN measuring force), 5µmR (4 mN measuring force)
  • Stylus tip angle 60º (0.75 mN measuring force), 90º (4 mN measuring force)
  • Drive unit  Compatible with all types.
  • Minimum measurable hole diameter  Ø2.8mm
