Mitutoyo Auto-Set Unit for Surftest SJ-410 Series Surface Roughness Testers

The Mitutoyo Auto-set unit allows surface roughness measurements to be performed with the push of a single button. This unit automatically completes a full cycle of stylus contact, measurement, stylus retraction, and the auto-return of the detector with the push of one button. Alternately, the stylus retraction and detector auto-return can be switched on and off by the operating drive unit. This unit is compatible with the Surftest SJ-410 series surface roughness testers, which are available for purchase separately, and must be used with a column stand.

NOTE: This is only the auto-set unit; other required parts are available for purchase separately. A Surftest SJ-410 series surface roughness tester and the Mitutoyo Column Stand for Suftest Surface Roughness Testers are required for a complete system.
