Media Cybernetics 2D Image Capture Module is an extension of Image-Pro software. This module allows analysis of live images and live videos with your compatible microscope camera. Calibrated Crosshair Grids, Time Lapse, Tiling, Measurements, and Image Comparison are just some of the additional features this module offers. View a list of compatible cameras.
Calibrated Crosshair Grids: Apply the calibrated crosshair grid to live images to verify alignment or to perform quick measurements and gauge distances. The grid can be customized using a range of colors and patterns.
Time Lapse: The user can define recordings of events or experiments using the Fixed Interval or Fast as Possible features.
Tiling: Eliminating the need for an automated stage, Live Tiling allows the user to manually move a specimen as multiple fields are stitched together. The stitched image can be combined with Live EDF for a focused, tiled image.
Measurements: Perform measurements on live images to determine the distance between objects or areas of objects.
Image Comparison: Compare live images with previously captured images to analyze differences or changes. Highlight the changes by color tinting images and create new images based on the differences detected.
