The Fein Optic iRB70 inverted microscope is designed for advanced microscopy and includes motorized X, Y, and Z. This microscope includes phase and DIC modalities.

- Focusing: Fine and coarse motorized focusing system with 10.5mm range and fine adjustment in 1µm increments.
- Condenser: Manual long working distance condenser, NA 0.55, WD = 27mm has 7 positions for filters, 4 for DIC and 3 for phase contrast. Includes 10x, 20x, and 40x/ 60x DIC rings for condenser.
- Illumination: 10W LED Illumination with adjustable intensity. Microscope has tilting illuminator tower with 65mm range to facilitate sample changes. Illuminator has slots for 4 filters. Includes DIC insert for transmitted illumination.
- Contrast: Includes analyzer and polarizer.
- Photo port: Left photo port has electric control to toggle between ratio of light sent to the eyepieces: camera: 100:0, 50:50, and 0:100.
