INSPECTIS 90º Side-View BGA Small Lens

Inspectis 90º side-view BGA small lenses feature powerful optics ideal for analysis and inspection of hidden solder joints of FipChip, BGA, µBGA, CGA, CSP and SMD components and provide images of hidden solder joints down to 40 microns. Two lens options are available. This is for purchasing a replacement or additional lens for a complete BGA system and is not the purchase of a complete system.   • Field of View (FoV): ~1.6 - 11mm
  • Required free working area: ~ 1.0mm
