FPFZ6PX Digital Filter Patch Inspection Microscope

The FPFZ6-ILS2PX digital stereo zoom trinocular microscope is on a LED post stand with 10x eyepieces and a 4.2mp microscopy camera for filter patch inspection. The USB3 camera includes image analysis software.

• Stereo Microscope Zoom Body: Zoom ratio of 6:7:1. Greenough system designed for harsh environments of production and testing.
• Eyepieces: Includes 10x eyepieces Trinocular head, eyetubes are inclined 45º and head rotates 360º. Beam splitter directs light away from one eyetube to the camera when engaged.
• Camera Mount: Includes 1x c-mount adapter to mount camera directly to the trinocular head.
• Focusing: Includes coarse focusing.
• Stand: Post stand with transmitted and reflected LED illuminators. Includes dust cover. Includes a 100mm glass stage plate and two stage clips.
• Objectives: Zoom range of 0.75x-5x
• Total Magnification Range package options: Select from the following options:

• Illumination: Built-in LED reflected and transmitted illumination.
• Camera: 5 megapixel color microscopy camera with USB3 connection. CMOS color sensor provides image resolution at 2464 x 2056 with live preview frame rate of 100fps @2 464 x 2056.
• Software Calibration: If you plan to make measurements using the software you will need to calibrate the microscope. Calibrating your software with the microscope requires use of a stage micrometer. A stage micrometer is available for purchase separately.
