Aurox Clarity Spinning Disk Confocal

The Aurox Clarity is a compact and affordable upgrade to laser-free confocal imaging using your existing fluorescence microscope. Clarity uses Aurox’s patented structured illumination technology and a spinning disc to achieve high resolution, high quality confocal images, fast, easily and affordably.

Upgrade Laser-Free Confocal Features: 

• Operating Principle: Structured illumination, spinning disk. 3 grid densities for matching sectioning and throughput to objective and sample.
• Microscope Compatibility: Can be mounted to the camera port of virtually any microscope including motorized and manual stands from Nikon, Leica, Zeiss, and Olympus (Evident).
• Camera Options: Scientific cameras compatible with Clarity include - PCO Panda, PCO Edge 5.5 USB3, Hamamatsu Orca Flash 4.0 V3, 4LT, 4 V2 (USB3), Photometrics 95 Prime BSI, B, Andor Zyla 5.5 USB, Tucsan Dhyana BSI.
• Filter Flexibility: Built-in four-position filter turret with a wide variety of selectable filter sets for commonly used fluorescence bandwidths.
• Visionary Software: With an easy-to-use interface for key features such as Z-stack, image tiling, multichannel, and time lapse imaging with confocal, wide-field and bright-field imaging modes.
• Light Sources: Clarity is compatible with Lumencor Sola, Lumencor Spectra X, X-Cite 120PC-Q, X-Cite 120LED, CoolLed pE-300, pE-400 (pE-400-MX-D-MB/40E-30), pE-800, pE-4000, Prior Lumen 200, Andor AMH200.
