Meiji MT6200CL LED Epi-Fluorescent Laboratory Microscopes

The Meiji MT6200CL LED epi-fluorescent laboratory microscope includes the infinity corrected optical system. The MT6200CL Series microscopes are configured for brightfield and epi-fluorescence but can be outfitted with optional phase contrast and darkfield components making operation very affordable for colleges, universities, researchers and clinics. Optional Polarized Light accessories are also available. The microscope includes:

• Objective Lenses: DIN Infinity Corrected Optical System (ICOS) Semi APO F10x, F20x, F40x oil and F100x oil  mounted in smooth-operating, ball bearing mounted, quintuple nosepiece. U. Plan and U. Plan Phase objectives are also available.
• Viewing Head: Siedentopf-type binocular head or trinocular head for camera integration. Each head has the eyetubes inclined at 30° with the left eyetube having graduated diopter settings. The interpupillary distance is adjustable between 53mm - 75mm. An 80/20 beamsplitter for the trinocular tube can be engaged for photo work. (100% to eyetubes or 80% to phototube & 20% to the eyetube.) The optional Ergonomic Viewing Head has the inclination adjustable from 10-50° to fit any size user.
• Eyepieces: 10x Super Widefield High Eyepoint eyepieces F.N.22 are standard, and 15x and 20x eyepieces are available as an option. Also available - Super Widefield High Eyepoint 10x focusable eyepiece (accepts 25mm reticles).
• Total Magnification: 100x, 200x, 400x and 1000x.
• Specimen Stage: Ceramic coated flat top stage measures 190mm x 149mm with 80mm x 52mm X-Y travel with ergonomically positioned right-handed coaxial drop down controls (left-handed are available).
• Illumination:  Cool Lite LED illuminator provides double the intensity at the sample plane and broadspectrum LED illumination. It requires no alignment or adjustment once installed. Illuminator is controlled via manual remote control pod with instant on/off and intensity control from 0%-100% in 1% steps. Power requirements 100-240V a.c. 50/60Hz, 2A.
• Filter Sets: Filters included are basic blue (GFP/FITC), basic green (TRITC/Cy3) and basic UV (DAPI/Hoechst/AlexaFluor). Please contact us if you need different filter sets.
• Light Focusing: Abbe condenser NA 1.25 with iris in dovetail mount is included. Optional condenders include a Zernike Phase Contrast Condenser NA 1.25 with iris in dovetail mount and darkfield condenser with dovetail mount.
