National Optical 131-CLED Corded Student Microscope

• Objective Lenses: DIN 4x, 10x, 40xR objectives are achromatic, parfocalled, parcentered, color coded. 45° inclined viewing head rotates 360° for easy repositioning, sharing by more than one student.
• Eyepieces: Widefield 10x eyepiece with revolving pointer. Accepts optional (#965-160) eyepiece reticle.
• Total Magnification: 40x, 100x, 400x. 
• Specimen Stage (select when ordering): Large 110mm x 120mm stage, with locked-on, spring mounted stage clips, drilled and tapped to accept optional mechanical stage. The mechanical stage helps to maneuver slides easier, providing 2 knobs for X-Y control. 
• Focusing: Rack & pinion coarse focus with tension adjustment, slip clutch, separate fine focus. Tension adjustment eliminates stage drift. Safety rack stop prevents damage to slides and objective lenses.
• Condenser: 0.65 NA condenser.
• Illumination: LED illumination is provided by LED light rated up to 50,000 hours life. The cool burning illumination is equal to a 20 watt tungsten bulb. A "grabber" clip on the plug lets the user wrap the cord around the microscope and secure it in place for easy storage.
